Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by In The Ayrer Marketing LLC ("In The Ayrer," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

In The Ayrer Marketing LLC provides marketing services for home service contractors and local businesses, including local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website design, lead automation, and AI voice and chat answering. The scope, fees, and payment terms of any paid engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

2. Free audit

The free audit is a short, no-obligation review of your website, Google Business Profile, and search presence, based on publicly available information at the time it is prepared. It is provided for information only. Requesting an audit does not create an engagement or any obligation to buy.

3. Use of website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or networks, or submit false information through our forms.

4. SMS terms and conditions

In The Ayrer Marketing LLC operates an SMS messaging program. Users must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications. By providing your phone number and checking one or both SMS consent boxes on our website forms, you agree to receive the corresponding text messages from In The Ayrer Marketing LLC. Each category is opted into separately, and both are optional:

• Non-marketing messages: your audit request, delivery of your free audit, replies to your inquiry, and follow-up questions.
• Marketing messages: promotional offers and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Results

Search rankings, map placement, traffic, and leads depend on factors outside our control, including how Google and other platforms operate and the market you work in. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or number of leads. Results shown on this website are examples of past client work and are not a promise of future results.

6. Software and integrations

Software, integrations, dashboards, and automated tools we provide or operate for clients are also governed by our End-User License Agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, and charts, belongs to In The Ayrer Marketing LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In The Ayrer Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the applicable services, except as required by law.
