Who we are

Information we collect on this website

When you fill out a form, book a call, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you write in your message. If you opt in to our text-message demo, we collect your phone number to send those messages. We also use standard analytics that record non-identifying information such as pages visited and general location.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, schedule calls, and send communications you have requested. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

Client business data and connected services

As part of our services, clients may authorize us to connect their business systems, such as QuickBooks Online (through Intuit's API), CRM platforms, Google services, and phone or messaging providers, so those systems can share data with each other.

• We access only the data needed to provide the contracted service, such as customer records, estimates, invoices, and payment status.
• That data is used solely to operate the integration the client requested, for example syncing accounting records with a CRM, reporting, or workflow automation. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and access credentials are stored securely.
• Clients can revoke our access at any time from the connected platform (for example, from their Intuit account settings) or by contacting us, and we will disconnect the integration.

Third-party services

Our website and services rely on third-party platforms, including hosting providers, Google services, Intuit (QuickBooks Online), CRM and messaging platforms, and analytics tools. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. We only share information with them as needed to deliver our services.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Data belonging to a client's connected systems remains the client's; when an engagement ends or access is revoked, we disconnect the integration and delete stored copies of that data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting andrewayrer@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
